Weight Loss Journey

Ok...So after much thought about posting this I finally decided to,  as of a few weeks ago I began my process of losing weight.  I would like to lose about 28 pounds.  I know it is going to be a long journey but  I am very excited.

If any of you guys have tips for me let me know.

Here are some tips that I've learned

1) Drink half of your body in ounces of water each day

2) MyFitnessPal is your savior

3) Exercise at least 4 Days a week
